We recommend that you follow each program for a minimum of 4 weeks to ensure success in each lift. Each phase works on building strength, power and technical ability. An individual may choose to stay in a phase longer, up to 2 to 3 months.

All programs should be revisited at some point during an athletes career to work on technique and fundamental movement patterns.
