Meet Your Coach
Dr. David Ablack has dedicated over three decades to advancing human performance through the integration of Olympic Weightlifting coaching and comprehensive chiropractic care.

His journey began with establishing himself as one of Canada's leading Olympic Weightlifting coaches, where he developed specialized training protocols that bridge the gap between technical lifting mechanics and functional strength development. Over the past 30 years, he has had the privilege of working with elite athletes across multiple professional organizations, including teams in the NHL, NFL, and CFL, as well as serving Canadian National and Olympic teams in figure skating, sprint canoe, synchronized swimming, and bobsleigh.

Dr. Ablack's clinical expertise encompasses advanced soft tissue therapy techniques, including certification in Myofascial Release Techniques and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture with electrical stimulation. He has developed a comprehensive treatment approach that combines hands-on manual therapy with cutting-edge modalities to optimize athletic performance and accelerate recovery protocols.
