The Website offers Subscription based services on monthly and/or yearly basis with access to training videos hosted on Vimeo. Exclusive content shall only be available to subscribers/members. The Website shall also offer online seminars in real time where users/subscribers/members may get answers to their questions regarding the products. The Website may also offer weekly workout guides, depending on the subscription plan (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).

- The Website shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week; provided, however, that it may carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work as necessary from time to time and such maintenance work may impact the availability of the Website.
